After a Terrible experience with the so called manager guy Vladimir from Chelsea Store about returning a damaged delivered box of tiles Went to home depot in Somerville . The staff and specially the manager Andrew were super helpful with the return and they also offered me store credit to make up for time that Chelsea Home Depot Vladimir wasted me and gas that I lost going there for the return . Andrew even stopped working in the store organization just to help me at customer service . One of nicest and hardest working people I have met . As I am a pro extra customer I will do all my future purchases for my expanding business in Somerville store . I fully suggest everyone go there for their home needs .

The vast majority of people that work here are really really nice and helpful. Honestly a lot better than I expected given how much help I have to ask them for sometimes. Had a particularly wonderful experience today with Mike from the lumber department. He was so kind in helping me cut some pegboards to size, was very careful in making sure the measurements came out just right, and accommodated my several requests for this cut and that cut… one of the nicest and most respectful people I’ve met in a while. If you want precise cuts or just general great help go find Mike!

Had a great experience at Home Depot thanks to Evan C! Evan made the whole grill buying purchase process smooth and stress-free. Even helped us load it into the car, all with so much patience and kindness. Didn't feel rushed at all. It's rare to find someone who combines that level of helpfulness with such a warm, friendly attitude. Evan is the kind of associate who makes you actually enjoy the shopping experience. We left with the perfect grill and couldn't be happier. Thank you, Evan- you went above and beyond, and we'll absolutely be back. If you are looking for assistance at this Home Depot, your day will get exponentially better if you have Evan helping you. Home Depot, give Evan a raise! 🙌

I’ve been shopping here for 25 years with both good and not so good experiences. But today Joe from lumber gave a performance for the ages. I watched him cutting some insulation panels for other customers as I waited for help cutting some lattice. You could tell by his extremely helpful interaction with the customer and his positive and energetic body language that he was not just mailing it in for a paycheck today. The product of smiled to my face, watching someone who really knew what they were doing. Go to the extra mile to make sure this customer had exactly the right size foam insulation panels to load into their vehicle. No surprise that he also knew exactly what he was doing to help me. He knew he needed to add a couple of thin wooden spacers at the bottom of the saw’s roller to make sure the lattice ran smoothly along the track. He started the cut, but when it touched the wood, he made a careful, minor adjustment to make sure the dimensions were exactly right. He had to get down in a crouching position several times, but Joe seemed to embrace the physicality of the job. Smart, well trained, enthusiastic, and friendly. If the whole country were populated with people lik

I want to say thank you and give recognition to two Somerville employees Gustavo and Joshua who helped me. I placed an order on an item that was stated to be in stock according to the Home Depot website and the computer system, however it was no where to be found in the store. Gustavo and Joshua took the time to rectify the situation so I can still receive my bathroom cabinet in a timely manner. This will allow me to finish my home renovations, without having to take more time off of work. Please let them know they are appreciated.
